There are six sets of condominiums in the Echo Hill South Community. The condominiums have their own associations which charge monthly association management fees which provide for the care and upkeep of their grounds and buildings. The condominiums also belong to the Echo Hill South Association and enjoy the privileges of the common lands of the Echo Hill South Association. The six condominium clusters are:
